Shipping & Delivery

We offer free 2-day shipping on orders over $500. While we aim to get your jewelry to you as quickly as possible, processing and lead times may vary depending on the design. Simpler pieces typically ship within 1–2 weeks, while custom or more intricate designs may take up to a month. Some items are in stock and ready to ship immediately.

Global supply chain challenges may occasionally cause delays, but we’re always here to keep you updated and help however we can—just reach out!

Yes, we offer free shipping for our standard shipping orders.

Yes we can but that may require a extra surcharge. The customer is responsible for all import taxes and fees.

Returns & Refunds

Yes, we’re happy to exchange it for merchandise credit within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure the item is in its original condition with all documentation included.
